1. Returns/Exchange
- We accept returns within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Only parcel with incorrect/missing items, damaged items, items in defect condition, or expired items will be allowed for return or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at enquiry.qmpharmacy@gmail.com to request for return/refund.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via original payment method via iPay88.
- Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within three (3) days of receiving the item. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the item and confirm the damage or defect, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
