The OneTouch Select Plus Test Strips are used with the OneTouch Select Plus Family of Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems for quantitative measurement of glucose in fresh capillary whole blood samples drawn from fingertips. The OneTouch Select Plus Family of Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems is intended to be used by a single patient and should not be shared.

Read the Owner’s Booklet for instructions on running a blood test and getting a blood sample with 2 simple steps:
1. Insert a test strip to turn the meter on
2. Apply blood to the test strip, and
Result apprears on screen with arrow point to the appropriate range indicator Colour Bar on the meter

Each test strip contains: Glucose Oxidase, Ferricyanide and other ingredients (buffer, etc.) The vial contains drying agent.

For external use only. Store in a cool dry place between 5C – 30C. Do not refrigerate. Do not use if expiry date has passed. Discard after expiry date printed on vial.
