DuoDERM Hydroactive gel is indicated for the management of dry, necrotic and sloughy wounds.
It may be used in both superficial and deep wounds.
Latex-free.

1. Apply DuoDERM® Hydroactive Gel directly into the wound.
2. Do not fill the wound beyond the level of the surrounding skin.
3. DuoDERM® Hydroactive Gel should be changed when the cover dressing leaks or is removed for routine dressing changes.
4. Maximum recommended wear time is seven day.

Natural hydrocolloids like sodium,
carboxymethylcellulose, pectin

– Store the gel at room temperature and avoid freezing
– Appropriate antibiotic therapy should be used when an infection occurs or is suspected.
(Consult your healthcare profession)
– Occlusion is not recommended for anaerobic infections
– For diabetic foot ulcers, measures to monitor blood sugar levels and provide pressure
relief should be provided
