1. Peel off the protective film
2. Apply the patch to the affected area on the nail and remove the release paper
3. Cover the sides of the toe or finger firmly
4. Fold the remaining adhesive part to cover the toe/ fingertip
5. Apply the patch for 6-8 hours, recommend to use overnight for 3-6 months
